Mother's Day Competition

1. The Promoter

This promotion is run by MINI AND MUSE STUDIO (“the Promoter”). By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Promotion

The “Mini & Muse Mother’s Day Giveaway” (“the Promotion”) offers one (1) winner a Signature Mini Session with Mini & Muse Photography.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens from the date of the Instagram post and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 9 May 2025. The winner will be announced on 10 May 2025 via the Mini & Muse Instagram page (@miniandmuse.co).

4. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over

  • Follow the @miniandmuse.co Instagram account

  • Like the giveaway post

  • Tag at least one (1) person in the comments of the giveaway post


Each additional tag in the comments constitutes one additional entry. Multiple tags are permitted. Tags must be of real Instagram accounts. Fake, spam, or inactive accounts will not be counted.

Employees and immediate family members of MINI AND MUSE STUDIO are not eligible to enter.

5. The Prize

The prize consists of:

  • One (1) Signature Mini Session with Mini & Muse Photography

  • Twenty (20) digital images included in the gallery, as per the standard Signature Mini package

The prize does not include:

  • Any additional digital images beyond the twenty (20) included in the Signature Mini package. Additional images may be purchased at the Promoter’s standard rates

  • Travel or transport to or from the session location for the winner

  • Travel costs if the session location is outside a 25km radius of the Promoter’s base location. Any sessions requested outside of this radius will require the winner to cover all associated travel costs, or the session location must be agreed upon within the 25km radius

  • Printing, framing, albums, or any other physical products

  • Hair, makeup, or styling

  • Any goods or services not explicitly listed above or in the Signature Mini package on the Promoter website.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

6. Session Booking

The winner must book their session within thirty (30) days of being notified of their win. The session date is subject to the Promoter’s availability and must be booked for a mutually agreed date. The prize has no cash value and cannot be carried over indefinitely.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 10 May 2025. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message (DM) and announced publicly in the comments of the original giveaway post, or on @miniandmuse.co instagram stories.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

8. Privacy

By entering this Promotion, participants consent to MINI AND MUSE STUDIO collecting and using their Instagram username for the purposes of administering the Promotion. The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to Mini & Muse Photography and not to Instagram. Any questions or complaints regarding this Promotion must be directed to Mini & Muse Photography, not Instagram.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in a manner deemed inappropriate or contrary to these Terms & Conditions

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control arise

  • Verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
